About the Modelers
The Enterprise Business Motivation Model is the creation of A. Nicklas Malik, an Enterprise Architect at Microsoft.
Nick Malik is a 28 year veteran of software development in all its forms. He’s written everything from firmware to software products to custom applications. He made the move to management a few years ago, and along the way, co-founded a dot com. After the crash, he returned to management consulting for a few years before rejoining Microsoft. He plies his architecture trade as an Enterprise Architect in Microsoft’s internal IT group.
