As I produce new versions of the EBMM, I will post them at this URL.  However, if you use a direct link to a page UNDER that URL, your link may break when I republish a new version.  For that reason, I inform my readers that bookmarks are done at your own risk.  (For reference, the EBMM used to change once a year, but that rate has slowed in recent years).
